Cancellation Policy
At Imperia, we understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur which may require you to cancel your appointment. We also understand that our time is valuable, and when you book an appointment, we reserve a specific amount of time for you with our trained and certified staff. To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we have developed the following cancellation policy:
1 Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2 If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service.
3 If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of the scheduled service.
4 If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your appointment if we cannot provide the full service within the allotted time.
5 In case of cancellation, the client can choose to reschedule the appointment to a mutually agreed date and time, and the cancellation fee will be waived off.

Refund Policy
Dear valued clients,
We at Imperia strive to provide exceptional services and experiences for all of our clients. As part of our commitment to providing top-quality service, we have implemented a no refund policy and require pre-payment for all treatments.
When you book an appointment with us, we reserve time and resources specifically for you. As such, we require payment at the time of booking to ensure that our time and resources are utilized effectively. We accept payments in the form of cash, credit cards, AfterPay, zipPay and other electronic payment methods.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to allow us to accommodate other clients. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Please note that any pre-paid treatments not used within one year of the initial purchase date will no longer be valid. We encourage you to use your treatments within this time frame to avoid any disappointment.
